WHO LOVES SOFT DRINKS?!

1.Weight - Drinking one soda a day = 39 pounds of sugar a year. Sugar sweetened beverages are linked to 180,000+ deaths /year.
2. Brain - Too much sugar reduces production of a brain chemical that helps us learn, store memories and process insulin and the one that tells you to stop eating.
3.Kidneys - High levels of phosphoric acit in colas have been linked to kidney stones and other renal problems. Two diet colas a day -double- your risk.
4. Digestive Tract - Carbonation in soft drinks can cause gas, bloating, cramping and and problems with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Caffeine can worsen episodes of diarrhea or contribute to constipation.
5. Bones - Soda consumption has been linked to osteoporosis and bone density loss.
6. Heart - Chronic diet and regular soda consumption leads to an increased risk of heart disease, including heart attack and stroke.
7. Lungs - Asthma and COPD are ‘side effects’ of drinking excessive soda.
8.Teeth - The acid in soda corrodes your teeth, almost the equivalent of drinking battery acid.

Natural Therapy for Headaches

In about 5 mins, your headache will go.......

The nose has a left and a right side.
We use both to inhale and exhale.
Actually they are different.
You'll be able to feel the difference.

The right side represents the sun.
The left side represents the moon.

During a headache, try to close your right nose and use your left nose to breathe.
In about 5 mins, your headache will go.

If you feel tired, just reverse, close your left nose and breathe through your right nose.
After a while, you will feel your mind is refreshed.

Right side belongs to 'hot', so it gets heated up easily.
Left side belongs to 'cold'.

Most females breathe with their left noses, so they get "cooled off" faster.
Most of the guys breathe with their right noses,
they get worked up.

Do you notice, the moment you awake, which side breathes better?
Left or right ?
If left is better, you will feel tired.
So, close your left nose and use your right nose for breathing..
You will feel refreshed quickly.

Do you suffer from continual headaches?
Try out this breathing therapy.

Close your right nose and breathe through your left nose.
Your headaches will be gone.
Continued the exercise for one month.

Why not give it a try.....a natural therapy without medication

11. Keep a positive attitude, your outlook will influence outcomes and the way others treat you.

12. Limit alcohol, drugs and other stimulants, they affect your perception and behavior.

13. Manage money well, seek advice and save at least 10 per cent of what you earn.

14. No is a word you need to learn to use without feeling guilty.

15. Outdoor activities by yourself, or with friends and family, can be a great way to relax.

16. Play your favorite music rather than watching television.

17. Quit smoking: It is stressing your body daily, not to mention killing you too.

18. Relationships: Nurture and enjoy them, learn to listen more and talk less.

19. Sleep well, with a firm mattress and a supportive pillow; don't overheat yourself and allow plenty of ventilation.

20. Treat yourself once a week with a massage, dinner out, the movies: Moderation is the key.
